Cancellation and Refund

At ManviKhosla.com, we strive to deliver the highest level of personalized support to every client. To respect your time and ours, we’ve outlined the following cancellation and refund policies for all consultations, programs, and nutrition plans.
1. Consultation Bookings
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by emailing connect@manvikhosla.com.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be considered as completed sessions and will not be refunded.
We understand emergencies happen — in such cases, we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but this is not guaranteed.
2. Program Purchases
Once a long-term plan is purchased and the first consultation/session is completed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you wish to discontinue the program midway, unused sessions will not be refunded or transferred.
We encourage all clients to commit only after understanding the plan details and structure.
3. Group Programs
Due to limited batch sizes and pre-scheduled start dates, no refunds will be issued once enrolled.
If you are unable to attend the current batch, we may, at our discretion, allow you to join a future batch, provided space is available.
4. Payment Errors or Duplicates
In case of accidental duplicate payments or technical issues, please email us within 72 hours with proof of payment. Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
